I have to be honest .
As an older person , a bit overweight but still reasonably strong and flexible ( due to many years practising yoga)I find the wheels (especially the large one) uncomfortable to use . For me the rubber nodules are too soft -i feel no benefit especially on trigger points . And lastly I found that unless you wear very close fitting gym gear or similar the wheels don't move smoothly which i would imagine would be an issue for many users . Thank you for asking for feedback .
I use the largest wheel every morning for my back. I feel the blood rush to my spine, oxygenating all the joints. I remain pain free for the rest if the day. Wonderful!
