The wheels are nice but the info included leaves a lot to be desired. I have seen examples online of things to use them for that seemed very interesting.
The company would do well to include better instructions for many varied uses.

This product is legit. The Lotus wheel helps me take the strain off my lower back on a daily basis. As long as I use it, my lower back pain is kept in check.
These wheels are amazing! It took a few times to get the hang of them and balance, but once I did they have made a difference on my back flexibility and core. Upper back, lower back, mid back, neck, feet: these wheels do it all. You can't go wrong.
I get a good stretch… but mostly I feel the vertebrae in my upper back gaining space and relieving pressure which is exactly what I was looking for. Amazing! I use this 2-3 times per day.

Awesome packing. Short time from order to delivery. Takes a bit of time to use them because im older than the young-uns in the sales video. Awkward at first but getting hang of it pretty fast. Certainly does feel good. And starting to loosen my tight back and shoulders. Would recommend and would buy again.
I use the Lotus Wheels daily and they are a delightful game changer. These wheels definitely assist by helping to relax where the pressure builds up and the assistance of proper posture. My first shipment was unfortunately damaged while in transit to my house. We immediately notified the company which Jeremy O’Connor sent me a new five piece set. We were told to keep the non damaged wheels.

I bought the 5 pack and initially on the first and second day it was raw and sensitive to use but then after that I was getting back cracks knots released and my back feels looser and less painful and tight. I use it daily and not just on the back but thighs and hamstrings also. It’s a game changer and saving big dollars from going to chiro and physio when this does the same job.
