I have been using the lotus wheel over the last month and it has helped with upper back pain and reduced my need to go to Chiropractor and not having to take my stronger pain killers. Would highly recommend the lotus wheel 5 pack. My only regret is that I didn't purchase these earlier.

I rarely write product reviews but thought the Lotus Wheel deserves one.
Because of an orthotic problem - pronating ankles, my body tends to be somewhat out of balance and I get tightness throughout my body, but particularly in my mid to upper back and neck.
Over the years, I have bought many stretching products, such as foam roller, and other similar devices. I have quite a collection! I have also used quite a few different stretching devices at the gym.
My Lotus Wheel pack arrived about 3 weeks ago and I have been using them regularly every since. My experience is that 20 minutes of Lotus works better than a one-hour $120 massage.
My neck and shoulders feel much better, and my wife tells me that my posture looks more upright than before.
I woke up with a headache yesterday morning, which is not uncommon for me. Normally, this would cast a shadow over my whole day. But 20 minutes of Lotus Wheel and headache gone.
No need to worry about bodyweight. I am a big guy, around 6ft 2in (say 185 cm) and weight around 96 kilos. The wheels can carry my weight no problem.
Definitely get this product if you have a tight back, shoulders or neck. You won't regret it.
The different sized wheels nest within each other so there is no big storage space required.
